The media landscape is constantly evolving. New platforms, new formats, updated algorithms.
Sometimes it can be hard to see the wood for the trees.
That's when you need another perspective. That's where Canopy comes in.
The Understory
I have been involved in some innovative, high-profile digital projects over the years; from VOD platforms that were up and running well before Netflix and the IPlayer, to platforms with exclusive digital relationships with the world's top footballers. None of them proved to be sustainable.
While content is the cornerstone of any digital strategy, context is the key to making it work long-term. If the technology, economics or culture changes, you need to adapt.
I set up Canopy to help content teams evolve how they work, the content they produce and how they deliver it - so they don't get left behind.
