Terms & Conditions
This policy explains what terms apply when you use my website. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but it’s important that you know. I collect and handle any information under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the UK’s GDPR. I also have a Privacy Policy that relates to this website, as it is hosted by Squarespace.

How is your information collected? What information is collected?
I only collect the information I ask for in my contact form:
Your name
Your email address
I use this information to reply to your enquiry.
If we don’t proceed to work together
I reply to your enquiry using the name and email address you provided through the contact form. If you choose not to respond to my email, or to respond and decide not to work with me, I delete your email (including email address and name) after 30 days.
If we work together
For invoicing purposes, I collect:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Address
I keep copies of:
Contract(s) & non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Invoices I sent & payments you make (I don’t have access to your bank details)
Briefing documents, TOV questionnaires or samples you send me
Any work I create for you
Any survey or request for testimonials I send
Sensitive documents will be deleted upon request – just get in touch via email.
Unless we continue to work together, I delete any information you send me after one year of our project finishing.
Where is your information stored?
When you contact me by email or through my website, I store your information in Google Mail and Google Docs. If you do business with me, I may store your information in Google Docs or on my hard drive, which is backed up every three months to my external hard drive (stored separately).
What is your information used for?
Any information you provide me is used to facilitate our work together. That includes your initial enquiry and follow-up enquiries, the work I create and amends, as well as invoicing and testimonials.
I don’t usually send any emails besides the minimum required to do business. Exceptions may include:
An end of year/start of new year thank you or greeting by way of acknowledging our work together
If I were to begin to offer a new service, I would like to contact you to let you know about it (if I still had your details on account).

How I keep your information private
When I store your information using third-party services, I am the only person with access to that service.
I store all passwords securely and the devices I use are password-protected.
I operate a paperless business. Your information will never end up on paper.
My content
All the content on this website, including the photos and words, is my own. My content is protected by copyright laws. My content cannot be used for commercial purposes by others.
